For residential, we specialize in contemporary and period style homes, unit developments and renovations. In the commercial sector we specialise in Shop, Office & Restaurant Fit-out, De-fits and Structural renovations.

Our History

Q1Homes was established in 2006 and Q1Commercial in 2017. In 2019 these businesses were merged under the new brand of Q1Built, which has now grown to become a highly respected and diverse building company in Melbourne.

About Ray Borg – Director

Ray Borg is registered with Master Builders Victoria and has over 15 years building experience. He has genuine passion for the building industry and has strong product knowledge and a keen eye for details. His vision is to provide the highest level of customer service from project design through to completion.

He is committed to establishing a strong, positive and trustworthy relationship with his clients and carrying out business with honesty, integrity and open communication.
