Q1Built renovated the existing Sunbury Medical Centre and constructed the new pharmacy. The renovations incorporated removal of structural walls, strengthening of roof beams, removal of windows, creating new openings and relocating the medical reception area to provide the space for the development of the Pharmacy.
Q1Built worked in close collaboration with the client to accommodate their specific requirements for the pharmacy including front counter, dispensary, preparation area, shelving, surveillance and security, external automatic sliding door, wheelchair ramp, bollards, handrails and signage.
