Designed by Architect Nicholas Hardy, this home was built with second hand clinker bricks to blend naturally with the traditional character of Essendon and with an American and French flavour.
The home was specifically designed to suit the lifestyle of the clients with features including large Alfresco area complete with traditional brick Wood Fire Oven, bi-folding doors leading onto a deck, split levels to suit the sloping block, fireplaces, a designer kitchen with butler’s pantry, wide hardwood spotted gum timber floor, double hung timber colonial windows with a copper hood canopy on the front and a large solid front feature door.
